CapeX utilizes the Architectural Services of Justin Everitt (J3D Design). Justin’s experience in Project design and Up Market Residential design is second to none. Justin works one on one with the client to ensure that maximum architectural ‘Flair’ is achieved without over specifying the plans and therefore an over budget or expensive build.

Awarded ‘The Architects’ Architect’ award by the RIBA for his residential scheme he is certainly well versed in all aspects of building and architecture.

Over the past 10 years he has further built on his creative Design skills whilst working in Hong Kong and UK and further enhanced these skills with commercial acumen gained through running two major residential development companies in the UK.

 

 

Once concept plans are prepared by Justin and agreed to by the client, they are then sent to our drafting team to prepare the working drawings (Including primary & secondary engineering details). These plans are fully checked over by the Architect (Justin Everitt) prior to finalization of the specification / addenda (Internal fit out items & colors) and the start of the tender process.

Noelene Taylor (Dip.Arch. Drafting) has over 20 years experience & provides all the drafting detail for CapeX working drawings. Working for and with many 'top end' builders Noelene lives locally and knows the conditions, environment and fashion trends of the south west.

Noelene is very experienced in all aspects of drafting and is exceptional with helping clients with the (sometimes intricate) areas of interior design such as kitchen, ensuite & bathroom layouts. This is often done as a “One on one” service with our clients in front of the computer screen – this really saves time in the final working drawing stages of the project.
